Peter Oswald Stepping Down from Mondi plc Board

Group CFO Andrew King agreed to become interim CEO until a successor is found, the company said.

Peter Oswald will step down as Mondi plc’s CEO and from the company’s board, leaving the Group on March 31, 2020, Mondi announced. Mondi’s Nominations Committee will begin the process of searching for a successor.
